Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service have been running a really successful volunteering programme with the support of some of our fantastic volunteers for several years and have recently reviewed our Volunteering Policy and processes.
I always feel like I’m doing a worthwhile job when giving fire safety advice during Safe+Sound weeks, because I know there will be families who will be safer in their homes with working smoke alarms.
