Firefighters have tackled an accidental factory fire in Tamworth.
Crews were called to Lichfield Road Industrial Estate, Tamworth, yesterday (Thursday 13 January).
Firefighters from Chase Terrace, Tamworth, Burton and Tamworth Mercia attended the scene at 10.05pm and located an industrial premises which was well-alight.
Four breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet was used to extinguish the blaze by 11.05pm.
The cause was deemed accidental as a result of a gas-powered extractor on the roof igniting.
Crews remained at the scene to ensure the area was safe before departing at 11.55pm.
